Cancellation of Monthly Retainer
Certain of the Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing, monthly basis. Users may cancel retainers with 14 days notice before the next billing cycle by emailing [email protected]. Work will stop immediately and you will not be refunded for the current month's services.
Money Back Guarantee
For the sale of certain products, the Company provides a money-back guarantee. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.
- Clarity Sessions, 90-Day Action & Implementation Plans are not refunded for any reason after purchase.
- Service Packages will be refunded if work has NOT yet started on the project.
- Monthly, ongoing, retainers will not be refunded for past or current month, and must be canceled within 14 days before the next month begins.
