Let's start with some real talk: we often trick ourselves into thinking that every task, email, or meeting in our day is a make-or-break moment for our success. We fill our schedules to the brim, convinced that constant busyness equals progress.
But here's the truth that might sting a little: most of what we do in our day doesn't have the impact on our business like we think it does. The majority of our daily activities fall into the category of "busy work," keeping us occupied but not necessarily driving meaningful results.
